Our heating system is designed to keep your device warm and at optimal range. It will never overheat or drain your device. Our goal is to save electronics, the environment and ultimately both Soldier and Civilian lives.

Reflective and/or poly batting are preferred insulations. We can use from 1/2″ up to 3″ of batting, cost will reflect choice.

Tough Pad Case

Built tough to protect tablets, keeping them ready for action in severe cold. This option comes with Velcro closure, straps and handle. Options can be changed for custom orders. We have a slim version of this case for the TABLET users. If you call or email we can customize a case just for you and your needs. This case was tested in Deadhorse Ak in 2024/2025 and operated beautifully in -25F with windchills in the -40s.

These cases come with our dual thermostat control board, heater and battery to keep your phone operating in extreme cold temps.
